The purified water production line includes two 81000 BPH high-speed bottled water production lines with an annual capacity of 330,000 tons. These lines are designed for multiple bottle specifications, including 350 mL, 400 mL, 555 mL, 1180 mL, 1555 mL, and 2080 mL. Additionally, a 12000 BPH large packaging water production line with an annual capacity of 396,400 tons will handle 4.5L and 6L bottles.
The production lines integrate advanced bottle conveyor systems, case conveyor systems,pallet conveyor systems, and handle applicators,to streamline production and enhance operational efficiency.
Once fully operational, the project will be capable of reaching an annual production scale of 1.0564 million tons of drinking water. Furthermore, the PET bottle preform production line will achieve an annual output of 1.367 billion bottle preforms, consisting of:
1.272 billion preforms for 0.555L, 1.555L, 2.08L and other sizes
95 million preforms for 4.5L / 6L bottles
