To meet growing consumer demand, Swire Coca-Cola Jiangxi has completed a major upgrade of its beverage production line. The nine-month project, with an investment of nearly 2 million yuan, has achieved a line speed of 66,000 CPH and an estimated annual capacity of 2,750 tons, generating an annual output value of 28.86 million yuan. The upgraded system allows the factory to produce multiple packaging specifications simultaneously, significantly enhancing flexibility, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
Swire Coca-Cola has maintained a long-term strategy of continuous investment and innovation to bring more diversified products to consumers. Since 2018, the Jiangxi plant has invested more than 229 million yuan in four modern production lines featuring bottle conveyor systems, case conveyor systems, and pallet conveyor systems. These upgrades have contributed to Swire’s Jiangxi facility winning the Talon Bottling Factory Gold Award for four consecutive years.
According to Liu Weiqun, General Manager of Swire Coca-Cola Jiangxi, the Monster Energy flavor drinks—known for their bold brand concept, unique taste, and stylish packaging—have quickly become a trend icon among young consumers. The local production launch in Jiangxi represents Swire Coca-Cola’s proactive response to evolving market trends while supporting regional economic growth and sustainable development.
The new production capability also strengthens Swire Coca-Cola’s strategic position in China’s energy drink market, enabling faster product delivery, lower logistics costs, and improved supply chain integration. With the assistance of advanced pallet conveyor systems and smart automation technology, the Jiangxi facility continues to raise production efficiency and quality to international standards.
